APR LEGAL was founded in 2023 by Andrea Pontes Rodríguez, bachelor in Law by Universidad Panamericana and Corporate Law Specialist (major) by the same university.

Throughout the years, Andrea has worked in the civil and corporate law world, having worked in Mexico City’s Public Notary No. 180, at Mexico’s Senate preparing and promoting amendments to both the Civil Federal Code and the Commercial Code, the international solar energy company Jinko Power, until finally founding APR Legal.

In APR Legal we understand our clients’ needs. That’s why we have dedicated ourselves to offering an innovative and quality service, aiming to provide legal protecion and safety in their companies’ every day, just a click away, offering their clients the possibility to have an in-house lawyer without an employment contract and everything this saving the client the need to an employment contract and all that this implies.
